The problem
A good audit takes days. Re-listening to the discovery call, mapping how the business actually runs, researching the honest fix for each leak, scoring ROI without inflating it, drawing diagrams, and building a deck a non-technical owner can follow.
Doing all of that by hand for every free audit does not scale, and rushing it produces exactly the inflated-ROI slideware everyone rightly distrusts.
What we built
Otto Audit runs the pipeline with AI agents: discovery analysis straight from the raw transcript, per-leak tool research, ICE and ROI scoring with deliberately conservative floors, and per-opportunity wireframe diagrams.
One agent exists purely to keep us honest: it reviews every claim before the human approval gate and strips anything oversold. The four audit decks above all came out of this system, and it captures a lesson from every audit it runs.
