The problem
AI phone agents take real calls for real businesses, but the platforms they run on bury the evidence in developer consoles. Clients kept asking the same reasonable question: what is my agent actually doing all day?
Answering it meant screenshots and spreadsheets, agent by agent, client by client.
What we built
We built a multi-tenant SaaS that ingests every call over verified webhooks, with native Retell support plus a generic endpoint for Bland, VAPI, and custom agents, and turns them into org-scoped dashboards: calls, recordings, transcripts, sentiment, and cost, with billing and usage tracked against monthly limits.
Tenant isolation is enforced in the database itself with row-level security, four roles cover owner down to viewer, and an admin portal gives us per-client drill-down without touching production data.
