AI audit · Patel Painters Pro
One Claude, connected to everything
Manish Patel wanted one place that holds the whole business, and to talk to it instead of typing into it. The audit mapped exactly what has to be true before that's buildable, and what to do first for free.

The problem
Patel Painters Pro already runs well: two documented quote templates, Claude used daily for real quotes, a four-to-five-year lead channel through Bark, and 4.9 stars on Google. What's missing isn't tools, it's a spine connecting them.
The idea Manish described, asking for an invoice while driving and having it appear, needs three things that didn't exist yet: written pricing rules, a CRM Claude can actually reach, and the connection between them.
What we proposed
Step one costs nothing but an evening: feed Claude the last ten quotes and have it reverse-engineer the pricing rules already in use, flagging any discounted quotes so a one-time discount doesn't get baked in as the new standard price.
Step two is the CRM the whole plan depends on. We compared four options on the one thing that actually matters at this size: how well each connects to Claude. GoHighLevel came out ahead, the only one with a finished, vendor-maintained Claude connection covering both quotes and invoices, at a flat $97 a month.
Step three, once the first two exist, connects Claude to the CRM one component at a time, quotes and invoices first, with three guardrails: it never guesses a price, nothing writes until Manish says yes, and a failed write says so instead of going silent.
The result
The rules and the CRM come first. The AI connection comes last.
