AI audit · ThermoMart
Six fixes found. Five were free.
We mapped ThermoMart's whole operation to find where time and sales were leaking, then gave the honest fix for each leak, including the five they could do themselves for nothing.

The problem
About three hours a week of the owner's time was going to manual work that tools should handle. At a conservative floor that is roughly $7,800 a year, and closer to $11,700 at a realistic value of an owner's hour.
The bigger cost was the silent kind. Roughly once a month something would break and nobody found out for days, and sales spikes passed by without anyone seeing them in time to ride them. We did not invent a number for that loss, but it was the one that mattered.
What we proposed
The audit traced the full operation and attached an honest fix to each leak. Five of the six fixes needed no build and no invoice: they were settings, habits, and features inside tools ThermoMart already owned.
The one piece we offered to build was the piece they did not want to maintain themselves: an analytics dashboard with anomaly alerts, so problems and sales spikes reach them the same day instead of days later.
The result
Five of six fixes cost nothing. We offered to build one.

What the client said
“Noah and Adam mapped our whole operation and found where we were bleeding time and sales, but what stood out was the honesty. Five of the six fixes they found, they told us we could do ourselves with tools we already had, no invoice attached. They only offered to build the one piece we didn't want to maintain. Genuinely rare to get advice that ROI-focused from someone selling automation. Highly recommend.”
