A dual AI system: a prospecting tool that turns plain-language prompts like '200 realtors in Toronto with emails' into CRM-ready lead lists, and a 24/7 inbound voice agent that answers calls and books appointments.




The problem
Clariset's lead research was manual: finding prospects, pulling contact data, and formatting lists took hours per batch, and inbound calls still needed a human to answer, qualify, and book.
They wanted both ends handled, and built in a way that could scale across their own client base rather than serve one desk.
What we built
The prospecting side is a web app on an n8n backend: type who you want to reach in plain English, and it returns a clean, CRM-ready list. Clients get their own API keys, subscription tiers with monthly quotas, automatic usage resets, and a LinkedIn research tool that generates full lead reports.
The inbound side is a Retell voice agent that answers around the clock: it handles FAQs from a custom knowledge base, books appointments straight into the calendar, and emails a summary after every call. Post-call automations route B2B and B2C follow-up emails automatically.
