Six steps to a signed, paid deal, down to two
SixFlow's proposal generator: turn a discovery call into a signable, all-in-one PandaDoc proposal, service agreement, and deposit invoice, so a client can sign and pay from one link.

The problem
The standard path from a good call to a signed deal is six separate steps: send a proposal, get it signed, send an agreement, get that signed, send an invoice, wait to get paid. Every extra step is a chance for a warm lead to go cold.
Assembling each document by hand for every prospect also meant scope, pricing, and timeline copy got rewritten from scratch every time.
What we built
The generator fills a single PandaDoc template through the API from the details of the call: the problem, the solution, the scope, the timeline, the price, and which consultant is signing, then hands back a draft review link. Nothing sends without a human reading it first.
The two-step version collapses the proposal, agreement, and deposit invoice into one document a client can sign and pay in a single link. It's used by both consultants at SixFlow, and the same generator is also vendored inside the larger automation builder for when a proposal needs to be created without spinning up the full system.
