End-to-end AI voice system for healthcare recruitment
A complete inbound + outbound calling system for a UK healthcare recruitment agency: overflow calls answered, candidates qualified over multi-day sequences, and appointments booked straight into consultants' calendars.
The problem
A recruitment agency lives on the phone. Inbound overflow calls were going to voicemail, and chasing candidates meant consultants dialing the same lists day after day.
Every missed call was a candidate or a client walking to the next agency on the list.
What we built
The inbound agent catches overflow calls, captures the caller's details, works out which consultant they need, and emails a clean summary to the right person.
The outbound agent runs multi-day calling sequences with SMS reminders before each call: it qualifies candidates, books appointments directly into consultants' calendars with confirmation emails, and logs everything with full post-call analysis. Eleven n8n workflows handle the sequencing, deduplication, data prep, and validity checks behind the scenes.
