The problem

Local-business lead lists give you the storefront, not the decision-maker. Finding who actually owns the business, and a way to reach them directly, took hours of manual digging per batch.

Half the cost of manual prospecting is the mistakes: wrong owners, dead numbers, duplicates.

What we built

A five-stage pipeline does the digging: it scrapes map listings for the niche and city, discovers each owner's name with AI over search results, looks up contact details in public records, and runs a second AI pass that validates every match before export.

The front end streams each run live as it works through the stages, and results come out in confidence tiers: Tier A rows have a validated owner with a direct line, Tier B has the owner identified. One click exports owner phones, work phones, a Pipedrive-ready CSV, or pushes straight into the CRM.
